Our Salon Policies

At Yanni Erbeli Salon & Spa, we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional, personalized experience. These policies help us ensure your visit is smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable for everyone.

Cancellation

Because time is essential and your appointments are important to all members of our team at Yanni Erbeli Wisteria, we kindly ask if you need to make any changes to your appointment you do so within 48 hours. Any changes made within 24–48 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your services booked. Same-day cancellations or “no-shows” will result in a 100% fee of your services booked.

Last-minute changes leave gaps in our day that we are unable to fill and in turn make it hard for us to accommodate other clients who might have been waiting for an appointment. We are so grateful to serve you and thank you in advance for your understanding of the needs for these policies.

Appointments
Are recommended for Salon and Spa services and can be made online or by phone. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins. To secure your appointments, a credit card number is required at the time of your booking. To prepare for Spa services, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in dollar amounts both online or at Salon/Spa. Please inquire for guidance in selecting the ideal gift for that special someone.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
Gratuity Cash

Tips are preferred; white envelopes provided at front desk.

Service prices are subject to increase based on excess time and product usage. Estimates of costs can be given at time of consultation.

Membership Terms & Conditions
  • Memberships apply to participating stylist.
  • If you book a blowout or single process with a stylist who’s pricing is higher than the membership price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference at the time of your appointment. This policy ensures flexibility in choosing the stylist you prefer while maintaining great value for your membership.
  • Memberships are non-transferable & non-refundable.
  • Services in the membership must be used within the month of the purchase and do not roll over to the following month.
  • Discounts on additional blowouts, single process and products are valid only during the active membership period.
  • Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, simply notify us in writing or speak with a member of our team, Please note that any benefits tied to the current membership cycle will remain valid until the end of that billing period. We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible and appreciate your time with us.
