Memberships

• Memberships apply to participating stylist.
• If you book a blowout or single process with a stylist who’s pricing is higher than the membership price, you will be responsible for paying the price difference at the time of your appointment. This policy ensures flexibility in choosing the stylist you prefer while maintaining great value for your membership.
• Memberships are non-transferable & non-refundable.
• Services in the membership must be used within the month of the purchase and do not roll over to the following month.
• Discounts on additional blowouts, single process and products are valid only during the active membership period.
• Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, simply notify us in writing or speak with a member of our team, Please note that any benefits tied to the current membership cycle will remain valid until the end of that billing period. We strive to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible and appreciate your time with us.

This contract outlines the terms and responsibilities for receiving hair extension services. It ensures both the client and stylist understand the service process, care instructions, and salon policies. By signing, the client agrees to follow the guidelines provided and acknowledges the information shared.

• I have made my stylist aware of any treatments I have had on my hair within the past twelve months.
• I understand that the salon is not liable for any allergic reaction, skin irritation, or scalp sensitivity. It is my responsibility to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to service.
• I acknowledge that my stylist and I have discussed my desired results, maintenance requirements, and proper aftercare. I have also been provided with an After-Care Instructions Packet.
• I understand that all hair purchased and installed is non-refundable.
• I understand that individual results may vary depending on my natural hair, lifestyle, maintenance, and adherence to proper aftercare. No specific results are guaranteed.
• I understand that the salon is not responsible for damage resulting from improper removal, maintenance, or alteration of the extensions by myself or by another stylist outside of the salon.
• I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total service is required when my appointment is scheduled. My stylist will provide the service quote during my consultation.
• I understand that any cancellation or changes to my appointment must be made at least 72 hours prior to my scheduled appointment.
• I approve the color, texture, length, and number of bundles selected by my stylist and me during my consultation
